As Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management, you will contribute to procurement strategy for your product and execute order placement and agreements with suppliers supporting business KPIs.
The Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management is responsible for:
Contribute to develop and execute long term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI
Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering and manufacturing objectives.
For New Product Development, drive supplier selection,



development, and overall supplier management with support of engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategy
Partner and be a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity
Develop negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic Partnership
Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs
Develop Procurement initiatives for cost out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC Procurement and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate, payment terms)
Leverage S&OP; data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals
