This is a true hunter role, fully dedicated to new business development: opening doors, building relationships from scratch,



and expanding our footprint across the Italian aviation ecosystem. You will work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager (focused on existing accounts), while taking ownership of new customer acquisition and territory expansion.What You Will Be Doing HereDrive new business development: identify, approach and win new customers across the Italian aviation ecosystemBuild long-lasting relationships and create a strong, sustainable pipelineSpend most of your time in the field, visiting airports, prospects, and partnersUnderstand customer needs and deliver tailored commercial solutions (GSE rental, leasing, maintenance)Lead negotiations and close deals end-to-end within defined commercial guidelinesEnsure smooth handover of new clients to internal teamsTrack performance and pipeline through structured reportingAct as a market ambassador, monitoring competitors, pricing dynamics, and representing TCR at industry
