Key Responsibilities of the Role: Preparing and assigning work schedules to the electrical team and subcontractors Plan and schedule daily work. Supervising and motivating team members Ensuring proper handling of electrical materials and equipment during the installation stages Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes and permits to work. Supervision of the installing all the electrical equipment that will install in the site. Control and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queries Reviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measures Coordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.
