How you´ll help us:

Country Manager Support

Support the Country Manager in day-to-day business operations
Coordinate follow-up of strategic initiatives and action plans
Prepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions
Support communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes

Sales Operations & Order Coordination

Coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery
Monitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries
Proactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners
Support demand planning and sales forecasting activities
Maintain accurate sales and order information within CRM and internal systems
