DEINE AUFGABEN

Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen im MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Anforderungsanalyse sowie Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung des MES
Auswertung und Optimierung relevanter Produktionskennzahlen (OEE, Personaleffizienz, Rüstzeiten)
Analyse von Produktionsstörungen und Qualitätsabweichungen
Begleitung von MES-Projekten von der Spezifikation bis zur Implementierung
Prozessoptimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualität, Planung und Logistik
Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Key Usern und Fachbereichen

DEIN PROFIL

Begeisterung für Produktionsabläufe und digitale Lösungen
Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld oder eine technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Power BI sind ein Plus
Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
