? Mandatory Requirement: Valid DURC

Key Requirements
Experience in End User Computing (EUC) / IT support
L1 technical support and troubleshooting experience
Good knowledge of Windows desktops, hardware, and software troubleshooting




Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work onsite at the Sesto Fiorentino location
Valid DURC is mandatory
