Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to play a key role in our team, combining Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support activities for the French market.
The ideal candidate is a proficient C2 French speaker with a strong interest in the personal finance, crypto, blockchain and taxation fields, excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
Record and publish informational videos on our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to explain topics related to cryptocurrency taxation, in French.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that is clear, engaging,



and aligned with the company’s strategy.
Conduct calls with prospects and active users to understand their needs and effectively present our Product.
Provide support to active users guiding them in using our product and offering solutions to enhance their experience.
Write both Blog Articles and How To Guides in French, and check the German accuracy of articles written by other colleagues.
Check and fix the copy of the Product and the Company Website for the French language, to ensure a state-of-the-art User Experience.
Handle customer support requests via chat and email, providing timely and accurate assistance.
Support the Business Development team in the active research of partnerships for the French market
Work alongside the development team to report any issues and improve the product based on customer feedback.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive and attentive communication
