Bluestar Silicones, is a global leader in specialty silicone materials. Our Caronno Pertusella site combines Manufacturing, Research & Development, and Technical Service activities within an international and innovative environment.

INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVE

The intern will contribute to formulation development projects, process improvement initiatives, and technical support activities, working closely with the R&D;, Production, and Technical Service teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Formulation and optimization of silicone products.
· Execution of laboratory trials and industrial-scale testing.
· Analysis of test results and proposal of improvement plans.
· Support for scale-up and industrialization activities.
· Collaboration with the Technical Service team on process and application-related challenges.
· Development of dashboards and data analysis tools using Excel and Power BI.




· Preparation of technical reports and presentation of project results.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

· Master's degree or final-year student in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Process Engineering.
· Strong interest in industrial environments, formulation, and product development.
· Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
· Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
· Good command of English.
