Oversonic Robotics is building humanoid robots for real industrial environments.

We are growing our Sales organization and looking for a ambitious and fearless person to join us as a Junior Sales Operations & Commercial Administrator.

This is a junior role, but it is not a passive one.

You will work very closely with the people driving our commercial business and become deeply involved in the day-to-day reality of customers, opportunities, offers, contracts and deals.

You will see things that most junior people in large companies don't see for years.

You will learn how a commercial organization actually works.





And you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as quickly as you are ready for it.

You don't need to know robotics

You don't need years of experience.

You don't need to be an engineer.

You don't need to understand humanoid robots.

What will you actually do?

You will become one of the key people keeping our Sales organization moving.

You will:

Manage incoming emails and calls, quickly understanding what matters, what you can handle yourself and what needs to be escalated.

Communicate with customers and partners on commercial and administrative topics.

Prepare, send and track NDAs, offers, contracts and other commercial documents.

Support the preparation of invoices and billing documentation.
