We are looking for a strategic and inspiring Sr. Manager, UX Design to lead a multi-disciplinary design team delivering exceptional user experiences across complex, cross-functional product areas. In this role, you will set the design vision, build and develop a high-performing team, and partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to create customer-centric solutions that are simple, elegant, and impactful at scale.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers (and potentially design managers),



spanning multiple products or programs within the organization
- Define and drive the UX strategy and design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and long‐term customer needs
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to influence product definition, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives
- Champion human‐centered design practices and raise the design bar across the organization
- Guide your team to work backwards from the customer, delivering solutions that are simple, functional, and beautiful
- Foster innovation and a culture of strategic risk‐taking, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Drive narrative and strategic initiatives (e.g., vision documents, design tenets, long‐range plans)
- Build alignment across partner teams and senior stakeholders; manage escalations and navigate competing priorities with sound judgment
- Establish design standards, patterns, and processes that scale across teams and organi
