Support the monitoring and analysis of client service performance, including key service KPIs and SLAs;
Prepare Excel files and monitoring automatic dashboards
Build up monthly e quarterly reports for global and local markets;
Foster performance reviews in Excel or PPT format for internal departments;
Participation in UAT activities and preparation of technical and/or project documentation (requirements) such as delivery of new features, channels and process enhancements;




Assist in tracking project activities and deliverables supporting monitoring project timelines, utilizing project tools such as Planner and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation (eg. procedures and knowledge bases);
Support administrative and back-end activities related to Client Service operations such as systems updates, users internal audit, first and second level escalation monitoring of technical issues, invoice tracking and other back-office tasks.

Requirements:

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Analytical skills and attention to detail;
A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
