Tasks and responsibilities

Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards, ensuring solutions leverage out‑of‑the‑box capabilities, follow platform best practices, and align with scalability, security, and maintainability principles (Flow Designer/Schedule Jobs, scoped applications standards, REST API, Data models, security ACLS, deployment strategies… ).
Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on optimal platform usage and continuous improvement opportunities.
Support the development teams, guiding the design, development, qualification, and maintenance of complex applications.
Implementation of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/deployment.
