Job Description
We are currently seeking an Global E-Commerce Operations Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan
,
for a maternity cover contract.
How you will contribute:
- Support and optimize all the activities related to e-commerce operations
- Coordinate the activities related to product operations: masterdata, pre orders and deliveries
- Work with the OMS and Supply Chain teams in order to optimize all stock processes
- Monitor stock status of items on bottegaveneta.com
- Support flows for the day-to-day operation activities: backorders, faulty items, WH issues etc.
- Collaborate cross-team interacting with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail, Back Office and Client Service
- Be the point of contact for all warehouses globally
- Coordinate activities related to packaging,



special projects, personalization
- Set-up new operations flows and activities when needed
- Elaborate weekly, monthly and seasonal reports
- Benchmark, scout and propose any relevant activity that could be beneficial to our E-commerce and Omnichannel environment

Indicative Starting Salary: 28.000€
