Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical
Quality Engineer
to focus on
Product Development (NPI/APQP)
and process optimization. The successful candidate will manage quality across the product development lifecycle, oversee macro-process issues, and lead the Laboratory team. This role is data-driven and requires a professional who ensures that every record and process aligns perfectly with international and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Development (APQP):
Drive quality planning for new product launches, ensuring all milestones are achieved from prototype to mass production.
- Process Quality & Data Analysis:
Monitor process KPIs, manage large-scale quality issues,



and spearhead continuous improvement projects based on statistical evidence.
- Laboratory Management:
Coordinate laboratory personnel and oversee all testing activities for product and process validation.
- Internal Auditing:
Plan and execute internal audits focused on new products and processes in accordance with
IATF 16949
.
- Homologation Support:
Manage compliance with international certification standards including
ECE, CCC, and VSCC
.
- Problem Solving:
Lead root cause analysis for systemic issues or product/process modifications using structured tools (8D, Ishikawa).

Core Requirements (Hard Skills)
- Education:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Management, or related).
- Experience:
Minimum of
2 years
in a Quality role within the
Automotive
sector.
- Standards:
Deep knowledge of
IATF 16949
, ISO 9001, and ISO 19011.
- Core Tools:
Expert-level proficiency
