About The Role
What Will You Do? ?
As a
Cluster Revenue Specialist on the DACH Market
, your mission is to support our clients in enhancing their overall tourism and hospitality performance by leveraging our cutting-edge SaaS RMS platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping hotels and hospitality businesses make informed decisions, adopt best practices, and achieve sustainable growth.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
Customer Consulting & Support:
Engage daily with clients, understand their business context and objectives,



and provide tailored consulting to improve commercial and operational performance through Smartness.

Strategic Advisory:
Analyze market dynamics, destination trends, and competitive landscapes to support clients in defining effective commercial and tourism strategies.

Platform Adoption:
Support clients by providing strategic guidance, training, and best practices, while collaborating closely—especially for the Ultra segment—with the dedicated onboarding team to ensure effective and value-driven platform adoption.

Monitoring & Reporting:
Manage KPIs and analytical reports, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative, data-driven solutions to enhance overall business and tourism performance.
