Sales Manager B2B - Italy

For a
fast-growing international company
operating in the Travel & Insurance sector, we are looking for a
Sales Manager B2B - Italy
to lead the development and expansion of the B2B business in the Italian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating strategic commercial partnerships with
travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, digital platforms and other players within the Travel industry
, while identifying new business opportunities and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the
B2B commercial strategy for the Italian market
, identifying priority segments, targets and growth objectives.
- Manage the
full sales cycle
, from prospecting and business development through to negotiation and contract closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
C-level executives and senior decision-makers
across tour operators, OTAs, travel agency networks and other Travel players.
- Identify new distribution opportunities beyond traditional channels, including
fintechs,



e-commerce platforms, booking platforms, mobility companies and other digital businesses
.
- Present and negotiate commercial solutions, tailoring the value proposition to the specific needs of each partner.
- Work closely with
Product and Technology teams
to support partnerships and technical integrations, including API, widget and white-label solutions.
- Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new partners, including training and commercial enablement.
- Monitor
commercial KPIs and partner performance
, identifying opportunities for business development, cross-selling and growth.
- Represent the company at key
Travel industry events and trade fairs
in Italy.
- Contribute to the development of the
Italian commercial playbook
, establishing sales processes, tools and best practices.
