Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to telecommunications clients via phone, email, and chat

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic,



and efficient communication in Spanish
- Document customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring service challenges within the tech sector
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions, enhancing the overall telecommunications service delivery

Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport (mandatory)
- Strong interest in the telecommunications industry and emerging technologies
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is considered a strong asset
- Professional proficiency in English to facilitate internal team communication
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while based in Greece
