About the role
Join RX Global as an Event Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of leading international trade shows and live events. You'll drive the marketing strategy for Inter Airport Global - the world's premier airport exhibition, bringing together cutting-edge technology, equipment and services in one place. Based around a flagship event in Milan, this role offers the opportunity to travel, immerse yourself in the live event environment, build strong global industry connections, and deliver innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute marketing strategies aligned with event and portfolio goals.
- Identify market growth opportunities and develop audience expansion strategies.
- Manage relationships with industry influencers, associations, and media.
- Lead onsite at trade shows and represent your brand at key industry events.
- Managing and coordinating external suppliers, including registration and PR agencies
- Develop detailed visitor and exhibitor communication strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance enablement and pipeline efforts.
- Contribute to persona development to refine customer experiences.
- Managing a budget to ensure effective spend and ROI
- Strong project management capability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within the events sector.
- Expertise in market analysis, campaign management, and data-driven strategic planning.
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrix env
