/p pThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €46,000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l'industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender?neutral criteria, including responsibility, experience and skills.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Kubernetes Operations /h3 ul liInstall, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on?prem or cloud).
/li liManage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
/li liImplement and maintain cluster components such as ingress controllers, storage integrations, and networking plugins.
/li liEnsure high availability, resilience, and adherence to best practices.
/li /ul h3CI/CD Pipeline Engineering /h3 ul liBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
/li liAutomate application deployment workflows and environment provisioning.
/li liIntegrate testing, security scanning, and quality gates into pipelines.
/li /ul h3Infrastructure as Code Automation /h3 ul liUse Terraform, Helm, and related IaC tools to define and manage infrastructure.
/li liAutomate repetitive operational tasks using Bash or Python.




/li liMaintain version?controlled infrastructure and configuration repositories.
/li /ul h3Monitoring Observability /h3 ul liDeploy and manage monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager).
/li liImplement logging and metrics collection for cluster and application visibility.
/li liPerform root?cause analysis and optimize system performance.
/li /ul h3Systems Platform Support /h3 ul liManage Linux?based systems and container runtimes.
/li liCollaborate with development teams to support containerization and deployment best practices.
/li liParticipate in on?site operational activities, troubleshooting, and incident response.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong hands?on experience with Kubernetes administration.
/li liProficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline design.
/li liSolid understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd).
/li liExperience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
/li liGood scripting skills in Bash or Python.
/li liFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
/li liStrong Linux systems engineering background.
