/p pThe company works on complex, multidisciplinary projects in Italy and internationally, with a strong focus on highly technical buildings such as bdata centres, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, industrial buildings, life sciences projects and corporate spaces /b.
/p pThis role is designed for professionals with a strong technical mindset, able to translate design concepts into buildable, compliant and well-coordinated architectural solutions.
/p h3The role /h3 pThe selected candidate will be involved in the technical development of architectural projects, from design documentation to coordination with the different disciplines involved.
/p pThe role requires close collaboration with international teams, project managers, external consultants and technical specialists, contributing to project quality, buildability and compliance with local regulations.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for: /p ul liproducing architectural technical drawings, construction details, specifications and schedules; /li lideveloping and managing project documentation using bRevit /b; /li liworking with BIM tools and collaborative platforms such as bBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud /b; /li lireviewing and improving the buildability of design solutions; /li licoordinating with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants,



project managers and technical departments; /li lisupporting permitting processes and regulatory compliance checks; /li liapplying Italian building regulations and local planning requirements; /li licontributing to different project stages, from technical documentation to on-site support activities.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture, Building Engineering/Architecture or equivalent background; /li liprevious experience in technical architectural design roles, such as bTechnical Architect, Architectural Technologist, BIM Architect, Architectural Designer /b or similar; /li listrong proficiency in bRevit /b; /li ligood knowledge of bAutoCAD /b and BIM tools; /li ligood understanding of Italian building regulations and permitting processes; /li liexperience in producing technical drawings, construction details and executive documentation; /li ligood written and spoken English; /li liability to work in international, technical and multidisciplinary environments.
