Our client is an important local training institution, specializing in the construction sector.
Purpose of the role The selected candidate will be integrated into the institution and will have the primary task of delivering training on occupational safety and health in the construction sector with particular reference to courses on: Basic and specific training for workers Training for foremen/managers/employers/RLS/RSPP (Safety Representatives) Apprenticeship training Construction machinery and equipment Professional construction courses (masonry, surveying, carpentry, technologies, materials, plasters, finishes, etc...) Main characteristics Requirements set out in the Interministerial Decree of 06/03/2013 "Qualification criteria for the figure of the trainer for health and safety at work" and the State-Regions Agreement no. 59/CSR of 17/04/2025 Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation on occupational health and safety (Legislative Decree ***** and subsequent amendments) Proven experience in teaching occupational health and safety Proven knowledge of work equipment Adequate educational and professional qualifications for performing the role of trainer (educational qualifications, experience,



and relevant professional development) Soft skills Strong teaching skills with a practical and engaging approach Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical-regulatory topics Ability to create simulations and practical exercises on machinery and equipment in a didactic construction site Natural aptitude for teamwork, particularly in the design and planning of training activities Adherence to the culture of prevention and safety and its dissemination Availability for transfers to company offices in the province What we offer Workplace: Mantova Type of work: In-person Contract type: Initial fixed-term contract aimed at stabilization Hours: Initial tempo parziale of 4-6 hours per day over 5 working days, but with a prospect of conversion to full-time Classification: National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) Edilizia, 5th or 6th level Indicative Annual Gross Salary (RAL): € 50,000 for full-time hours #LI-ES1 Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy in the appropriate section of the website .
