In this role you will lead pricing strategy, contract governance and risk management across Continental Europe to support bids and project delivery.
You'll partner with operations, finance and legal teams to ensure robust commercial governance and effective pricing.
Your work shapes bid outcomes, change control and dispute resolution while aligning with multiple country goals.
This is a hybrid position based in Madrid or Milan, offering opportunity to influence a broad, multi-sector portfolio.

Develop pricing strategies for bids aligned with country, business lines and sector goals
Advise leadership on market risks, opportunities and commercial trends to support bids
Collaborate across Europe to apply a consistent commercial approach
Oversee negotiation and implementation of prime/subcontracts, MOUs and JV arrangements with internal/external legal teams
Manage commercial implications of changes and ensure robust risk management across bid and delivery phases
Lead internal governance processes interfacing with legal, tax, treasury, risk management




Support financial budgeting and project performance reporting with project leads
Identify and assess change with project leads and monitor KPIs and cash flow to meet targets
Foster a high-performance commercial team through coaching and development
Build strategic relationships with clients, sub-consultants and internal stakeholders and represent the business in negotiations and forums
Influence bid and delivery strategy and support work-winning activities
Significant experience in contract, commercial, pricing and bid/tender management in engineering, infrastructure, defense, social infrastructure, energy, data centre or related professional services
Experience xysqume supporting bid development, pricing strategies and commercial governance in a multi-country environment
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish or Italian; other European languages an advantage
Proven leadership or key role with commercial and operational responsibilities
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of procurement routes, contracting models and project delivery across infrastructure sectors
Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Skilled in producing fee proposals, financial analysis, commercial reporting and risk mitigation
