ppFor an important client we are looking for: /p h3Job Title /h3 pIndustrial Services Utilities Leader /p h3Location /h3 pMantova /p h3Type /h3 pPermanent role, full-time /p h3Compensation Package: /h3 pCCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, gross annual base salary €63.500 /p h3Position Summary /h3 pResponsible for ensuring competent industrial services (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing - MEP) management and operation, and to ensure optimal cost, highly eicient, quality and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e. steam, refrigeration, water and eluent treatment, hygienic air handling, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and compressed air, as well as electricity, high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage. /p h3Duties /h3 pEnsures that personnel managing, operating and maintaining industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent to do so. Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the Industrial Services team. /p pPlans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure. Utilising own area of competency and specialisation or with competent 3rd parties. /p pSupports operation of industrial services to ensure high eficiency, quality and /p pcompliance. Assists in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services.



/p pIdentifies and drives energy and water saving opportunities. /p pManages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and collaboration with the general contractor(s) and other trade contractors, suppliers, designers and consultants, and Central Engineering. /p pEnsures process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment. From design coordination and execution to installation, commissioning and hand over to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits. /p h3Requirements /h3 pExperience in Industrial Services engineering disciplines, related to manufacturing environment (5+ years) /p pExperience operating or supervising others who operate heating pressure systems (gas boilers) or other large combustion systems (steam, hot water). /p pExperience in PID (piping instrumentation diagram) /p pExperience in industrial plants: AHU, chillers, fire protection systems, water and steam generation, water treatment, BMS and electrical equipments. /p ul liEngineering Degree / Diploma (e.g. mechanical, electrical) and substantial practical experience in engineering /li liKnowledge of construction and utilities standards, local regulatory and statutory requirements relating to industrial services and environment /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
