The opportunity

Within the Global Field Service Operations team, we are developing innovative programs to enhance the effectiveness of our technical service organizations and accelerate business growth through digital processes, global governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for a motivated Management Engineering student eager to contribute to a high-visibility international project, collaborating with global teams across Service, Sales, HR, and Communications.
The intern will support the design, standardization, and implementation of a global Field Service process transformation program, gaining hands-on experience in Operations Excellence, Program Management, Change Management, and Business Transformation.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Process & Operations Excellence
- Analyze and document global business processes.
- Support the creation of process maps, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Contribute to process standardization across countries and regions.
Project Management
- Support the coordination of international projects and cross-functional workstreams.
- Monitor activities, milestones, risks, and corrective actions.
- Prepare progress reports and materials for international meetings.
Data Analysis & KPI Management
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support KPI definition and project performance tracking.
Training & Change Management
- Collaborate in the preparation of training materials and operational guides.
- Support internal communication and change management activities.
- Organize the collection of feedback and lessons learned from involved teams.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Support the creation of document repositories and knowledge bases.
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with company processes.
Your background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Management Engineering.
- Mandatory English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level or higher.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to actively participate in international meetings and prepare professional documentation in English.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Copilot).
- Interest in Operations, Project Management, Business Transformation, Digitalization, and Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Visio will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies will be considered a plus.
- Academic or project experience related to process improvement and operational excellence will be considered a plus.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
- Starting from: 800€ gross monthly
The final offer will be based on candidate qualifications and aligned with internal pay structures.
