/p pIn this role, you will: /p ul liLead and contribute to the improvement of mechanical designs, optimizing functionality, reliability,



and manufacturability; /li liDesign and develop mechanical components and assemblies for advanced machinery; /li liReview and refine existing systems to meet evolving technical and operational needs; /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and manufacturing; /li liParticipate in design reviews and support implementation phases; /li liTravel regularly to support project activities and customer interactions.
/li /ul h3What You need to be successful /h3 pYou are a skilled mechanical designer with a hands-on, curious mindset and drive to solve complex engineering problems.
/p pYou thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
/p pYou also have: /p ul liA Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (PhD is a plus); /li liAt least 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the machinery or automation sector; /li liAdvanced proficiency in parametric CAD tools; /li liExperience with DTV (Design to Value) approach; /li liStrong communication skills, and good command of English language (B2/C1 level); /li liFlexibility and enthusiasm for frequent business travel; /li liA proactive, hands-on, and curious approach to engineering.
/li /ul h3Our offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR ******, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
