/li liStrong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. Office /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide hardware break fix support, typically by whole unit swap /li liManage spares provided on site /li liExecute installations and changes /li liDeliver an excellent level of customer service /li liAdhere to defined Processes and work instructions which will include the management of both proactive and /li liInterface with multiple levels of end users, management,



'VIPs' and local technical staff.
/li liTroubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms: Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices /li liKnowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLAN /li liResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management system /li liProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipment /li liWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMust hold a valid work permit in Italy /li liSeveral years of experience in the IT field /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
