/ppAs the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while supporting our design teams and management.

/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the day-to-day administration and operation of the studio /liliCoordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events /liliMaintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment /liliSupport onboarding and general HR administration /liliAssist with project administration and document management /liliCoordinate with external suppliers and service providers /liliSupport the leadership team with administrative and organisational tasks /liliHelp maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional studio environment.
/li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliPrevious experience in an administrative, office management,



or studio support role.
/liliExcellent organisational and time management skills.
/liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
/liliA proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.
/liliExperience working in a design, architecture, engineering, or creative studio is an advantage.
/liliApplicants for the Italy-based position must have the legal right to work in Italy.
