Acting as both a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, you will ensure compliance with HSE standards, promote continuous improvement, and support leaders in building a strong and sustainable safety culture.
/p /brpKey responsibilities include: /p /brul /brliMaintaining and improving HSE Management Systems in line with ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards.
/li /brliEnsuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company HSE requirements.
/li /brliLeading risk assessments and implementing preventive and corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.
/li /brliMonitoring HSE performance through leading and lagging indicators and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
/li /brliManaging incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
/li /brliInfluencing and supporting leadership teams to integrate safety into everyday decision-making.
/li /brliPromoting employee engagement, hazard reporting, stop-work authority, and a proactive safety culture.
/li /brliRepresenting the site during audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities.
/li /brliLeading, mentoring, and developing the site HSE team while partnering closely with operational leaders, employee representatives, and other stakeholders.
/li /brliSupporting the deployment of Group HSE strategy and participating in local and cross-site HSE projects.
/li /br /ul /brh3Your Experience /h3 /brpTo succeed in this role, you will be an experienced HSE professional with a strong technical background and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces.
/p /brpYou will bring: /p /brul /brliA degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
/li /brliA recognized Health Safety qualification, ideally bNEBOSH Diploma /b or equivalent.
/li /brliHSE Internal Auditor certification and experience managing audits and compliance programs.
/li /brliProven experience in Health, Safety,



and Environmental management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
/li /brliStrong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, incident investigation methodologies, and management systems standards.
/li /brliExperience leading HSE teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
/li /brliExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/li /brliThe ability to challenge constructively, influence leadership decisions, and effectively balance safety and operational priorities.
/li /brliStrong planning and organizational capabilities, with a continuous improvement mindset.
/li /brliFluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
