We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting! /ph3YOUR TASKS /h3ulliCarry out the full range of HR processes along the employee life-cycle from hiring to exit in line with Italian labor law regulations and MEININGER policies /liliProcessing the monthly payroll across the different hotels within your region ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained in liaison with the HR Regional Manager /liliDraft employment contracts and related documents to ensure clarity and compliance with legal requirements and ensure data accuracy of all data processing generated by the function, including error correction and timely updating of lists /liliMaintain HRIS and relevant employee data for assigned business units /liliWork with the HR Regional Manager to identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness, and cost savings opportunities for MEININGER /liliSupport the HR Regional Manager in the production of HR data and management information on a weekly and monthly basis /liliSupport the business with the production of HR data and management information regularly /liliOversee visa application processes and liaise with local administration to ensure compliance with labor regulations and declarations (work accident, social security etc)
