As Global Product Manager for Digital Services, you will shape and scale Alfa Laval’s digital service portfolio within the Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies unit. You will collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations to translate customer needs into scalable, market-relevant solutions. You will partner with leadership to connect product development with successful market execution and focus on scaling condition monitoring as a core offering. This role involves international travel and close interaction with customers and partners, offering a meaningful opportunity to drive value and growth.

Set product direction, vision, and roadmap for digital services with emphasis on scalability and customer value
Act as hands‑on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective
Support global go‑to‑market activities with leadership and Go‑to‑Market heads
Develop and govern the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function
Drive product-market fit by incorporating feedback from end customers and commercial teams
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for tech teams
Connect product, commercial, technology,



and operations to align execution
Evolve and scale condition monitoring as a central offering and refine value to customers
Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) for insights across teams
Collaborate with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities
3–5 years in product management, product development, business development or similar in a B2B environment
Experience in industrial, mechanical, equipment or process industries with exposure to digital products, IoT or data‑driven services
Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value
Experience with condition monitoring, IoT, connected equipment, xysqume or data‑driven service offerings is advantageous
Practical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries
Proven ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams to shape solutions
Structured thinking combined with a hands‑on approach
Good stakeholder management across commercial, technical, and operational functions
Structured and analytical mindset with prioritization and trade‑off skills
Familiarity with agile or iterative development and hardware‑digital integration
