• Administration degree or similar or related to meet the requirements of education or experience

• Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence ES compliance

guidelines and related offers to customers timely and accurately.

• Process equipment and service enquiries and purchase orders to suppliers; verify invoices from vendors.

• Coordinate with logistics department,



freight companies and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and services.

• Control delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with product centers.

• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and

monthly meeting schedules; monitoring results.

• Support achievement of financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget

preparation; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
