We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Event Planning Intern** to support our Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events. This internship offers hands-on experience in all phases of event planning and coordination, and is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical skills in the field. **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist with event planning and logistics from initial concept to on-site execution
- Help research venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Support the coordination of event timelines, schedules, and communications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with creative ideas
- Attend events to provide on-site support and coordination
- Help with the preparation of event materials, signage, and promotional items
- Support post-event follow-up,



surveys, and reporting **Qualifications**: - Currently pursuing (or already completed) a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both with internal and external clients
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment, as well as stress management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint ) and Google Workspace
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required, both during the preparation phase of the event and throughout the event itself
- Availability to travel **Preferred but Not Required**: - Experience with event tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Trello, Canva)
