- Leading engaging wine tastings and offering personalised wine recommendations to elevate the guest experience
- Training and mentoring the service team to ensure elevated wine knowledge and service standards
- Managing inventory, cellar hygiene, and accounting for wine-related operations
- Working closely with Palo leadership to continuously enhance the wine program **What We’re Looking For**: - An advanced level of English
- Extensive knowledge of global wines, with a deep specialisation in Italian regions and labels




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Sommelier or Chef Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Experience conducting guest wine tastings and training service teams
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory and cellar management
- A passion for guest service, storytelling through wine, and attention to detail **Life On Board**: - 6-month renewable contract starting at the beginning of December 2025
