About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Siemens PLM to join our growing digital engineering team in Paris. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, Active Workspace, CAD integrations, and PLM solution architecture. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of driving end-to-end PLM implementations, solution design, integrations, and support for global engineering and manufacturing organizations.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative Siemens PLM solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Architect and customize Teamcenter environments, workflows, business objects, and data models.
- Develop and support integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and CAD applications.
- Configure and customize Active Workspace (AWC) and related Siemens PLM modules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
- Conduct solution reviews, technical assessments, and performance optimization activities.
- Ensure compliance with PLM governance, security, and data management standards.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and environment management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality PLM solutions aligned with business goals.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Teamcenter Architecture
- Active Workspace (AWC)
- BMIDE
- ITK
- SOA
- RAC Customization
- Workflow Management
- Access Manager
- Organization & Data Model Configuration
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of CAD integrations including NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of software development using Java, JavaScript, C++, and web technologies.
- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migration, and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, or industrial engineering domains.
- Exposure to Siemens Opcenter, Polarion, or Mendix platforms.
- Cloud deployment experience (Azure or AWS).
- Siemens PLM certifications are highly preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
