As a **Technical Service Specialist**, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—ensuring our diagnostic instruments perform at their best to support accurate and timely patient care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading our systems, supporting installations, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. **What You’ll Do**: - Be the **first line of support** for Abbott Ambassadors, resolving service issues efficiently (under 4 hours labor time).
- ** Plan and execute maintenance** activities to ensure optimal instrument performance.
- Assist with **instrument installations and deinstallations**,



contributing to seamless transitions for our clients.
- Support **hardware and software upgrades** (TSBs) to keep systems up to date. **How Success is Measured**: - ** Customer satisfaction** (NPS)
- Achievement of **service KPIs**: - Contribution to **economic growth and profitability** in your district **What We’re Looking For**: - ** Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience in: - Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Clinical Engineering
- ** 2-3 years of experience** in a similar technical service role
- Proven ability to **engage with lab staff and healthcare professionals**: - Strong **technical expertise** in diagnostic instruments
