- Deliver training and provide ongoing customer support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and systems of record.
- Participate actively in team and customer meetings.
- Be available for shift work and travel to client sites as required. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics,



or related disciplines. **Skills & Knowledge**: - Strong understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and technologies.
- Experience with laboratory information systems, middleware, analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheet. **Key Competencies**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
