Disney Cruise Line, based in Orlando (Florida) is looking for a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry shop on one of the ships. This outlet offers a mix of individual cakes and ice cream/gelato. The Pastry Chef (called on board Speciality Gelato and Pastry Chef) will be responsible for a team of 2 sellers as well as for the production kitchen (assisted by a Pastry Assistant). This role involves a high level of guest interaction. **Contract Conditions**: - Renewable 6-month contracts.

- Salary $3500 per month net + Premio (depending on results). This salary is exempt from taxes on board and on land.

- Regular ports of call include: Castaway Cay (Private island in the Bahamas), Nassau (Bahamas), Cozumel (Mexico), George Town (Grand Cayman), Falmouth (Jamaica), Tortola (British Virgin Islands) **What we are looking for**: - An inspiring leader.
