A fantastic opportunity has arisen for our Lake Como property, **Il Sereno Hotel**, a member of the **Leading Hotels of the World**, recently nominated **#1 Hotel in Lake Como** and among the **Top 10 Hotels in Italy** by _Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice_. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Night Auditor** to join our Front Desk team for the **Summer 2026 season**. The Night Auditor is a key point of contact for our Guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. **Main Responsibilities**: - Perform all Front Desk operations, including check-in, check-out, rooming, and providing information to Guests.
- Support the Concierge team in managing all Guest requests.
- Handle emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct daily financial closure,



including cashier checks for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, and preparation of data for statistics and local authorities. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Fluent in **English and Italian**; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of **LQA standards** (Leading Quality Assurance). **How to Apply**:
