As a CNC Operator at Scappini & C. S.R.L., you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-quality furniture components. You will ensure that machinery runs efficiently, follow technical drawings precisely, and maintain safety standards in the production environment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC machines according to production orders and technical specifications
- Load and unload materials into CNC machines
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using measuring instruments
- Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment




- Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in furniture manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
