TASKS
**What you'll do**:
Drive and monitor business growth initiatives
Manage and support accounts for Inside and Outside Sales teams
Analyze weekly sales data and prepare insightful reports
Maintain and enhance local CRM and customer intelligence tools
Evaluate sales leads and share valuable insights
Coordinate local pricing and special agreements
Ensure compliance with company standards and support external partners
Oversee quality levels and assist partners in overcoming challenges
Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers, including invoice approvals
Handle account credit limit requests and contract preparation
Prepare annual budgets and manage provisions
Review and process international financial transactions
Oversee office IT services and requests
Ensure adherence to compliance regulations

High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s or Master's degree is a plus
Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in the logistics / air cargo industry
Fluent in English and Italian
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical abilities
Solid business sense
Cost awareness and efficiency mindset
