**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Pop-Up Event Specialists to support our bridal pop-up events in Rome. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Work Type**:Hybrid** (Remote for planning, Onsite for execution) Job Type**:Tempo parziale** **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in planning and executing pop-up events in Rome and across various Italian cities
- Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners, including venues, logistics, equipment providers, and temporary staff
- Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
- Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
- Participate in exhibitions and Wedding Fairs, supporting both pre-event preparations and on-the-day execution
- Assist with post-event feedback collection and basic data compilation
- Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams **Requirements**:



- Must be fluent in both **Mandarin and Italian**: - Based in **Rome**, or able to commute locally
- Prior experience in **offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions** is preferred
- **Retail or store-based experience** (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise independently with suppliers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Willing to travel within Europe
- **Flexible**to work on weekends and outside standard hours
