What you’ll do & Who you are Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.-
- Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and diversity and inclusion standards. Your Identikit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist,
