We’re looking for passionate individuals to help us craft unforgettable moments through exceptional service, creativity, and attention to detail. **How you do it**: - You’ll keep your standards high, making sure we’re going above and beyond for our guests every time.
- You’ll have a great understanding of our Restaurant policies and standards of performance, following them to the letter at every shift, particularly the BOH and Floor policies.
- You’ll be responsible for managing your section and supporting the waiters and chefs to the highest standards, quickly communicating whenever par levels are decreasing.
- You stay up to date on all our food, drinks and other offerings. **What you bring**: - You’re a stickler for cleanliness, making sure everything in the bar and everything we serve is pristine and taking great care over your own personal presentation.
- You’re a considerate team player, supporting and assisting other staff members of and assist them as needs to work as a team.
- You’re careful and respectful of our furniture,



fixtures and equipment within all areas and quickly report any malfunction for maintenance.
- You’re ready to attend any meetings and training courses required by the Head of Department in line with the needs of the Restaurant.
- You’re flexible, ready to carry out any other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
