Join Electrolux Professional Group - as PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER ABOUT THE JOB In this role, your mission will be to coordinate and guide the Production Planning Team at the Pordenone plant. Your aim will be to maximize service levels and ensure effective and efficient planning of production on the assembly lines. This will include serving and fulfilling customer orders while working closely with Material Planning, Logistics Demand Planning, Lean Engineering, and the Warehouse team. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Lead and develop the operational daily activities according to the defined standards.
- Develop and release production schedules and accurate material forecasts that align with the company's requirements and goals..
- Manage Phase-In and Phase-Out processes at minimum costs and in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and monitor assembly line production plans.
- Maintain target stock levels assigned for materials.
- Ensure constant alignment with the Logistics Demand Planning department.
- Report on activities by measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) within your area of responsibility
- Ensure performance in terms of availability and reliability of production programs.
- Ensure alignment with the plant strategy.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including material planning, logistics, warehouse and internal teams. ABOUT YOU

- Preferred career experience: 4+ years in production planning, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Lean Production principles (WCM is a plus).
- Solid experience with IT tools (ERP, PowerPoint, Access).
