Role purpose We are currently recruiting a bright Trainee Lawyer to join our Tax team in Milan, where you will be focused on the real estate and investment fund sectors, providing tax assistance to Italian and international clients in the structuring of investments in Italy and abroad. You will work closely with clients and legal colleagues on investment deals, fund formation and capital markets, timely identifying tax efficient and business oriented solutions, providing tax assistance in all the phases of the transactions, covering every tax aspect of the investment from the structuring to the implementation and the completion. Main duties and responsibilities
- Providing support in the preparation of due diligence reports and legal memoranda;
- Advising on the structuring of investment transactions through fund vehicles;
- Delivering ongoing tax assistance to key corporate clients;
- Analysis of tax aspects of contractual agreements and other case documentation;
- Teamwork with senior or junior resources About you
- Italian Law Degree with great academic results;
- Strong interest in tax law and in the real estate and investment fund sectors will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent English and Italian language skills;
- Personal commitment and learning attitude;
- Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set;
- Motivated and team player;
