**Responsibilities**: - Maintain and manage resources for local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), including both current and potential suppliers.
- Coordinate and integrate DSP suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery operation.
- Perform daily backend system operations and manage service providers in active business regions.
- Assist in building and optimizing transportation and delivery networks in Milano and other parts of Italy. Generate assessments on last-mile delivery processes, trends, and performance for continuous improvement.
- Improve the operational quality of service providers and the overall transportation and delivery network.
- Conduct training and empowerment for DSPs, and make regular visits to optimize delivery quality. **Job Requirements**: - Must have a valid work and residence permit in Italy.
