**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **12-month maternity cover Country Human Resource Manager** overseeing Italy, Great Britain, and the Nordic markets. Based in **Milan**, you will act as a reliable business partner across multiple HR topics. As part of our European HR team, you will also agevolazioni from a strong support network. If you are highly systems-driven, energized by the complexity of integrations, and have the agility to navigate and deploy corporate processes, let’s get to know you. **General Responsibilities**: - Act as the operational HR Business Partner to the respective business leaders for Italy and Great Britain, providing hands-on advice across the full employee lifecycle aligned to business priorities
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment forecasting, and HR cost management to meet business objectives while controlling budgets and resources
- Partner with Country Leadership teams on performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people decisions
- Support organization design, restructuring, and change initiatives (including M&A; where applicable), ensuring effective integration at local level
- Deliver efficient, high-quality HR operations by leveraging HR systems, metrics,



and standardized processes to enable scalable, compliant, and data-driven decision-making, aligned with Group CoEs
- Provide regional L&D; administrative support by navigating SuccessFactors Learning, registering and tracking learning hours, and responding to incoming enquiries **Functional Skills and Knowledge**: - Excellent and fluent writing and speaking skills in Italian and English
- Prior experience with M&A; integration as an advantage
- Extensive MS Office and SAP HR knowledge
- Efficient, proactive, systematic and well organized, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously, attentive to detail, trustworthy and sensitive to other cultures
- Strong sense of adherence to quality even in hectic situations
- Based in our office in Milan and willing to travel across multiple sites (if needed)
