Joining our **centralised Document Control Team**, you’ll support project teams across the **UK and Europe** and play an essential role in ensuring our work is delivered with **precision**, **consistency**, and **excellence**. Reporting directly to the **Lead Document Controller**, you’ll become a trusted partner to engineers, project managers and clients alike - the steady hand that keeps complex **documentation** organised, compliant and flowing seamlessly. Every day, you’ll immerse yourself in the detail, reviewing and **auditing documents and drawings**, ensuring everything is accurate and aligned. You’ll take ownership of issuing documentation through our **electronic document management systems**, maintaining clarity and control for internal teams and external stakeholders. With a keen eye for structure and formatting, you’ll shape documents not just to meet expectations, but to elevate our standard.



Working across **multiple projects simultaneously**, you’ll sit at the heart of collaboration, maintaining **project numbering systems**, **issue registers**, and ensuring compliance with internal **QA procedures**. You’ll thrive here if you bring **proven document control experience** within the **construction industry** and feel confident using platforms such as **Autodesk BIM 360**.
