Job Overview

We are looking for an extracurricular intern who will support the HR Manager and his/her theme in the day-to-day HR management activities, acquiring a comprehensive view of the main HR processes and contributing to the administrative, organizational and support activities for employees and managers.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the trainee include but are not limited to the following:

- Support the HR Manager in the operational and organizational activities of the HR function.
- Collaborate in the management of the onboarding processes of new hires.




- Supporting the updating and management of personnel data in the Company HR system (Workday)
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and analyses related to HR topics (holidays, attendance, overtime, …).
- Support training, development and performance management activities, monitoring processes through specific reporting.
- Provide support in managing communications with employees and managers.
- Participate in the organization of meetings, events and HR initiatives.
- Support recruiting and recruitment activities (CV screening, interview planning, applicant contact).
- Collaborate on cross-cutting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Degree in Law or related disciplines.
- Interest in the world of Human Resources and organizational processes.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
