Our client, a Multi-National Supply Chain & Global Logistics Provider with an extensive network of offices across the globe are recruiting for a General Manager – Freight Operations to be based at offices in Milan and taking ownership of country operations. The role reports directly into the CEO for Global Forwarding Solutions based at HQ.

Salary: EUR 110k - EUR 125k, depending on experience The General Manager – Freight Operations, Italy will take full ownership of the country’s freight forwarding operations, leading a multi‑site team, strengthening customer and vendor relationships, and ensuring the delivery of efficient, profitable, and high‑quality service. The role is accountable for operational performance, commercial alignment, and business growth across Italy while acting as the key liaison between local operations and the global HQ.

Responsibilities of the General Manager – Freight Operations,
